Exercise And The Diet Benefits

There is a great benefit to regularly during your life have some training and exercise in various fields. For example in terms of memory, muscle strength and capacity to stay focused and calm in critical situations and be targeted.
Most of us are not as intelligent as Einstein, and sometimes people who are not Einstein-bright want a strong boost of brainpower. Your brainpower boost may be just a few steps away if you like me are one of these individuals. Of course everything has its limitations. Most cells in our body are renewed at regular intervals during lifetime. We have not the same set of cells from birth to death. Therefore we can by training improve our performance and capacity. Nature is as a matter of fact rather ungenerous in some respects and our bodies are not getting any better if we are not training. Likewise our brainpower will not boost if we do not take measures to increase it.
If you want to keep your brain working perfectly fine maybe the following seven steps might help.
1.Exercise regularly. Many people do not take any form of exercises. It is astonishing to see that so many of your friends including family members are not interested in exercising their wonderful brains. Scientists occupied by studying the human brain use to say that our brain is the most complex structure in nature. Perhaps this is an exaggeration but it is quite clear that we should pay a lot of attention to our brain and not neglect it. It needs training to keep its standards and not deteriorate. We are taught from early age in school how important exercise is. To make exercises on regular basis is very important.
We all also know that physical activity is linked to a better brain function. It is a good habit to do a bit of manual work regularly. Be it, mowing, car wash, cleaning the house or gardening. If you have a sedentary job as many of us have today it is especially important not only for our muscles and body functions but also for our brain. To be manually active on a regular basis is very important if we want to maintain and strengthen our health and brain capacity.
It is very good to do simple exercises like a simple walk or jog. It must of course not be so intense as a full-blown work-out. You just have to keep your body physically fit and active. Setting out a weekly schedule for this is a good step to take. Some people think that exercising early in the morning keeps them alert during the day. But that is only their way of doing it. Simple work-outs may trigger the release of neurochemicals known as endorphins. Endorphins are responsible for making us feel happy. Happiness is a wonderful feeling. When we feel happy a very positive effect on the brain can be observed. Physical exercise compensates for the effects of anxious and depressive thoughts. Many people also can certify that they have found solutions to problems during physical training.

2. Supplement your diet
Nowadays there is a continuous discussion going on about what actually is healthy to eat. Our daily diets need to be supplemented. Many people can agree on that. The reason for this need is that the natural environment is changing because of our intervention in natural ecosystems. Vegetables are less rich in minerals and vitamins than before and there are traces of poisonous substances in vegetables, fruit, fish and meat.
A good diet is one with a lot of vitamin rich foods especially those rich in vitamin C and E . Eat foods close to their original state is a good rule. Variety is a sure guide: grains, fruits, vegetables and not forgetting nuts in their many forms. Locally produced food is also good for the environment since transports and outlets of climate-destructive gases can be minimized. In the health business antioxidants are pointed out to be very important for our health and quality of life.
The most complicated structure in the world – the human brain - is very much affected and influenced by what we eat. We have a blood-brain barrier that can protect us from a lot of poisonous substances and microbes. That´s true but we can help our body and protect our brain by being selective and eat pure and good food and perhaps take in some natural supplements. They are believed to have a good effect on the brain. These supplements not only keep your body healthier, they also maintain the fitness of your brain; thus resulting in better brain power! Natural supplements are so popular that they can be found anywhere, from your local health and food store up to web pages on internet.

3. Exercise your brain
Physical exercise and good food affect the brain function in a very positive way.
Of course if you are to exercise your body, you should exercise your brain as well. Use your brain muscles more often – think and learn. You may read, talk with other people or even play educational games. Any activity that can keep your brain working effectively may be tried out. Your brain is unique and you can design specific exercises for your own brain. Don´t let your brain function go down. Getting older does not have to mean that the brain function must go down. On the contrary it can be improved over time by suitable exercises.
4. Play games
Boost your brain power by playing games regularly. Computer games are mostly designed to increase brain power. But some of them are “no-brainers” and gives you no beneficial effect on the brain capacity. Refrain from such games. Chess is a very good and brain building game. You have to think a lot and plan future moves and anticipate the plans and possible moves of your opponent.
Nowadays, most computer games are designed to exercise your brain, so all you have to do is to choose well the games that you will play. Gaming consoles are also following the fad into increasing brain function. So, do your part in boosting your brain power, play games that will increase your brain power.
Today you can also engage in playing some games where you get both physical exercise and training for the brain. Wonderful – that gives you a good brain boost.

5.Relax with an educational hobby.
It is important to choose a hobby that can help you to learn new things every time you perform it. This way, you will be able to use some parts of your brain which are left unused before. Your hobby should give you inspiration and joy and function as a kind of energy source when you are sorry and out of mood.
Choose a hobby that will give you some lessons at the end of the activity. Since most of the time we learn something from our experiences it will not be such a difficult task..Just be sure to do things that are not monotonous.
This is very important especially as you choose your career. Choose one that teaches you something every day. One such career is computer programming you are always faced with challenges to solve. There are many other careers where you need to continuously learn new things. This is especially the case for careers that are technology oriented.Train your brain by confronting it with new and unforeseen situations and problems all the time. Well perhaps not all the time. It is also very important to have time for relaxation and rest.

6. Do not neglect rest
It is easy to become burned out and tired in today´s modern and hectic society.
Because of the complexities of our society today, your brain is exhausted just as much as your body. You should take sufficient time to relax and cleanse your mind of the worries and stresses that might overwhelm your thoughts. You may want to try on spas or meditations to give your mind a break from all the hassle. It is a known fact that too much stress can cause various diseases. So it is very important both for body and mind to get sufficient rest and relaxation. This is how you make your brains health and performance better.
You will feel that you are prepared to take on another complex day after the relaxation period!
You can use breathing methods for relaxation. Breathe deeply two or three times in a row, two or three times each day and breathe out slowly, have no misgivings about the relaxing efficacy of such a simple remedy.

7. Sleep Why do we have to sleep? Is it an efficient way to use the time we have been given? What happens when we are asleep? The questions are many and the answers rather few. But most people are depending on having a good night sleep in order to be fit for fight the next day.
Sleeping is the time when your body rebuilds and recharges itself.Humans and all animals need to sleep without exceptions.
Most professionals believe that you should sleep for at least six to eight hours a day.Aside from these hours, you should also try to take ten-minute power naps. After these refreshing sleeps and naps, you will surely feel energized to take on more activities for the day.Do not deprive yourself of sleep, and you will then realize that your brain will function better with more hours of sleep. Remember that your body recharges when you are asleep. It´s like a battery.

Conclusion

There are many ways to boost your brain power. The brain is the chief in command in your body.here are a lot of reasons for taking good care of your brain in order to boost your brain power.
I believe that personal development cannot be achieved without growing the power of the brain. The brain is the engine for personal development and as such should be given the due care and attention it surely deserves.
You must always take care of your brain as you move towards achieving your personal growth.

Controll your mind 1

Many people today have from almost birth and throughout their childhood been told that they can not do this and that, they must be careful and so on. "Think about what people will say." "You probably do not cope." "You do not have time, you should be doing something sensible instead”
Parents and others have set limits to what you can do and what is appropriate. Setting limits may be necessary at times when you have with kids to do. But parents sometimes do that to get full mind control and to avoid shame for the children's behavior in front of others.

If you have grown up with people setting limits and restrictions to what you can and should do, it is not so easy to be free even if the people disappear from your life. It is easy to go on along the same track and start setting up limits for yourself.
Actually, everyone should have the right to close the door to the past and start on a new, unwritten page that is free from the shadows from the past.
Life is actually quite short and you have the right to be free of restrictions and barriers that parents and others have set up.
At some point in life everybody has dreamed of being somebody special, somebody big. Who hasn't fantasized about being the one who finds the ‘silver bullet’ for weight loss? Who hasn't dreamed of being the homecoming queen? And how many times have we dreamed of being rich, or successful, or happy with our relationships?
We often dream big dreams and have great aspirations. Unfortunately, our dreams remain just that – dreams. And our aspirations easily collect dust on the shelves jammed with self-help books.
This is a sad turn of events. Instead of experiencing exciting adventures in creating the life we desire, we get caught up in the dull routine of living from day-to-day just barely existing. But you know what? You don’t have to just exist! Life could be so much better, if only you knew how.
To become free from the shadows of the past and pass into the light where everything is possible is like being born again. It takes hard work and training at times to be free from those shadows that limit your options and ability. Actually it does not matter if it is others or you yourself who have painted the shadows into your life. Nevertheless it is entirely possible to get rid of them and become free but it will take some effort sometimes.
It is easier than you think to start up knowing how. The first step is setting goals. You neglect to set goals because you immediately think, “it takes too long,” or “it’s impossible.” So, why bother? This is called stinking thinking. If you stinking thinking such as “I can't do this”, “It's too hard”, “I’m too old/young”, “It's too impossible”, or “No one can do this” guarantees you continue barely existing.
Imagine what the world would be like if everyone thought that? If everyone was content just to exist – what would happen then? There would probably be no inventions, no innovations, and no breakthroughs in human accomplishment.
Also many of the conveniences we use today and take for granted would not have been invented. What would your life be like without air conditioning, inside plumbing, electricity, stop lights, Supermarkets and the list is endless.
Indeed, it is desirable and necessary today that as many people as possible start to think freely and throw their limitations away. We have many big problems to solve on the planet today and it requires decisions and actions from creative and powerful people who think freely and act with responsibility. What would happen to our planet if all people were acting and thinking negatively saying…”It has already gone too far”…”The little I can do means nothing anyway so why bother?” Well of course it would lead to a final catastrophe.
The bumblebee is a great example of limitless breakthrough thinking and adventurous living. Theoretically scientists said it was impossible for the bumblebee to fly. Fortunately for the bumblebee it did not know how to communicate with the scientists. Therefore it makes up its own mind and does the impossible. It flies.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could be like the bumblebee and do the impossible? We can, if only we could remove the “clutter” from all the negatives we’ve heard throughout our lives. “You can’t do that”, “You think you’re better than us”, “It’s never been done in our family”, and the list goes on.
In fact bumblebees are much like humans so we have good reasons to learn from then. There are nice and friendly bumblebees, but also those who are aggressive and may sting. There are bumblebees that are lazy thieves and steal honey from others. They are just like people. But there are of course also some differences between us and the bumblebees. We are no longer in balance with Nature but the bumblebees are. If we can find a way back to balance it would be wonderful. Our beautiful planet could then survive, but it requires people to start thinking freely and act with responsibility to find the way back to the benefit of coming generations.
The people who gave you the negatives are the “scientists” in your life. These people took their own self-doubt and self-limiting beliefs (fear) and handed them down to you. As a matter of fact scientists are of course not always right. Many of them have also been ridiculed and ostracized by their colleagues because they come up with fresh ideas. Sometimes it takes courage to think freely. You have to break through your limiting beliefs and self-doubt and turn your life around.
Holding on to these handed down beliefs is like wearing hand-me-down clothes. That’s all you can do for now, you ‘have’ to wear them. BUT you earnestly wish you could have something new; something just for you, something that fits you now!
Just now something new and fits now is waiting for you. It’s waiting for you to be bold, to imagine the possibilities and unlock your potential. You can have; in fact, it’s your birthright to have the life you dream of. I believe if you can dream it, you can have it, be it and do it. It’s entirely up to you!
There are effective ways to break down the negative barriers you yourself and others have built around you. Start to question limiting beliefs by setting goals. Because once you see them for what they really are ( fear ) you are on your way to establishing an adventurous and new life. Open the doors and let the light into your mind. Let the shadows and negative thoughts fade away. Now it is dawn and a new day in your life.
Write down some goals in your life on a piece of paper. Under one header, list down things ‘I know I can do’. Under another header, write the things ‘I might be able to do.’ And under one more, list the things that are listed under ‘impossible for me to do.’
Each day you should do something to accomplish at least one of the goals under things ‘I know I can do’. Check them off as you accomplish them. As you check off all of your goals under that heading, start accomplishing the goals under the next header and the next.
All doors and options are open for you. You are in command and there are no limitations to what you can achieve. Let no doubts and negative feelings enter into your mind, stay focused on your dreams and goals. Don´t listen to the faint deceitful voices whispering negative thoughts into your ear. Protect yourself from that very carefully.
Your confidence will soar the more goals you achieve and the easier it will become. You’ll discover that the ‘impossible for me to do’ goals are possible after all. You no longer exist; you now live your adventurous life, amazing life, created by your own design.
Think and live as if you already have achieved your goals and realized your dreams.
So dream on! Think big and do the work to attain those dreams.
Are you ready to start up getting rid of your inherited limiting beliefs and live up to your full capacity?
